Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available by request. We’ve done our best to include shipping options for most destinations, but if you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to look into available options for your location.
When reaching out, please include your full delivery address and any courier preferences. Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and available services vary by destination and item. An estimated shipping cost and tracking information will be provided where possible before the order is finalised.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
If you require expedited handling, special packaging, or gift-ready presentation, please mention this in your request. We’re happy to accommodate special needs when feasible.

Canada Wide Shipping
We ship across Canada, excluding select remote or limited‑service areas.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Pricing reflects factors such as item size, quantity, and destination, so shipping charges may vary between orders.
We aim to provide reliable, professional delivery and will notify you promptly if any delays occur. Shipping availability, delivery timelines, and services may vary by location, and some destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations.

Local Pick Up
Local pickup is available by appointment only in New Westminster, BC, at no additional cost. To choose this option, select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an available pickup time.
Pickup appointments are designed to be a brief exchange (up to 30 minutes). Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting your items. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate you.
Missed Pickups & Late Cancellations
Free local pickup is offered as a courtesy for scheduled appointments. Missed pickups or cancellations made on the day of the appointment may result in the free local pickup option being forfeited. In such cases, any required shipping will be charged to the customer.
Repeated missed appointments or multiple late cancellations significantly disrupt our operations. In these situations, if a refund is requested, the order may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, reflecting materials, labor, and lost selling opportunities. This is applied only when necessary and is not our preferred outcome.
When notified in advance, we are always happy to reschedule without penalty.
All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case, and approved refunds are issued minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs. For full details and examples, please refer to our complete policy page or contact us directly.
