  • Canada Wide Shipping

    We ship across Canada, excluding select remote or limited‑service areas.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Pricing reflects factors such as item size, quantity, and destination, so shipping charges may vary between orders.

    We aim to provide reliable, professional delivery and will notify you promptly if any delays occur. Shipping availability, delivery timelines, and services may vary by location, and some destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations.

  • Local Pick Up

    Local pickup is available by appointment only in New Westminster, BC at no additional cost. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

    Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting your order.

    If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate advance notice. However, missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in the loss of the free pickup option, with shipping costs becoming the customer's responsibility.

    Repeated missed appointments may result in a restocking fee of up to 50% if a refund is requested. All cancellations and refunds are reviewed case by case.

  • Worldwide Shipping

    Worldwide shipping is available by request, excluding countries within the European Union. Please see our EU Shipping Notice for details.

    If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us with your delivery address and we will be happy to explore available shipping options.

    Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers vary by destination. We will provide an estimate before finalizing your order whenever possible.

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • European Union countries

    EU Shipping Notice

    We can no longer ship to countries within the European Union.

    Although our packaging practices align with the goals of the EU's PPWR regulations, the requirement to register individually in each EU member state creates an administrative burden that is not practical for our small business and low production volume.

    As a slow-fashion brand, we focus on small-batch production and minimizing waste. Wherever possible, we use recycled and reused packaging materials as part of our commitment to sustainability.

    Unfortunately, the cost and complexity of maintaining separate registrations across every EU country means we are unable to offer shipping to EU destinations at this time.

    We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
